We are primarily focused is on technology. You won't find marketing blah-blah or overblown love of design at FATCHIP. It is important for us to find good solutions that offer our customers added values.

Our office
Right in Berlin-Charlottenburg with good access at the public transport. A lot of restaurants and shops and even our canteen are within walking distance.

I'm Jojo, after working for FATCHIP as a freelance media designer for a few years, I've been on board permanently for a year now. In addition to the design tasks, I also take care of the office, event and feelgood management at FATCHIP. The relaxed, friendly and open atmosphere as well as the security of always having a contact person is a great support for implementing projects on my own responsibility. With such a great team, I simply love coming to work.

I'm Olli and I've been working at FATCHIP as a software developer for ten years now. I have never been bored during this time, the projects at FATCHIP are far too varied and challenging for that. Through regular training and the opportunity to attend DevCamps and conferences, my personal and professional development is encouraged and thanks to the flexible working hours at FATCHIP, it is possible for me to maintain a good balance between work and free time.

In addition to the exciting projects that I manage on a daily basis and where I can take on a lot of responsibility, I particularly appreciate the flat hierarchies here. Whether developer, managing director or trainee - we work here at eye level with each other and all pull in the same direction.
