Support Agreement

I hereby authorize FATCHIP GmbH to perform an error analysis and troubleshooting in connection with a plugin installation in my online store. In order to enable FATCHIP to work and troubleshoot, I grant FATCHIP access to my systems. This includes the transfer of all necessary passwords and access details. The troubleshooting is free of charge, provided that the cause lies in the area of responsibility of the plugin.

If the problem to be fixed is an installation or application error, or if the error is caused by a third party, the costs incurred will be charged at an hourly rate of € 128.00 plus VAT.
