In 2012, FATCHIP realized the company website axelbahr-immobilien.de with WordPress and is responsible for its ongoing maintenance ever since.

Customer profile

The company was founded in 1984 by Axel R.H. Bahr and is an individual business. The company concentrates on real estate capital investment in Berlin and environs. Axel R.H. Bahr is a member of Conféderation Européenne de l'Immobilier and Immobilienverband Deutschland (IVD).

Requirement

FATCHIP was to realize and maintain the new company website with WordPress. The content had to be transferred from the Mambo framework to the new system. The design was to be renewed and optimized for mobile devices. The customer also wanted an implementation of their ImmobilienScout24 ads.

Technical realization

For the realization of the company’s presentation on the Internet a basis version of WordPress was used. The templates were adapted according to the customer’s requests and optimized for mobile devices. The real estate ads and ratings were implemented with ImmobilienScout24 Marktplatz.
