Note: Despite extensive testing, it may happen that the plugins/connections distributed by us contain so-called bugs. In this case, the problem resolution is of course free of charge for you. However, if the problem to be fixed is due to an user error or a conflict with one of your other customizations implemented in the store, we will have to charge you for the effort involved, at an hourly rate of 128.00 € plus VAT. In any case, our support staff will be in constant contact with you and inform you about the current status and progress.
