Please understand that we need an exact error description and all required credentials to your system to be able to help you successfully. Only once our development team has all the data, we can start troubleshooting and/or resolving the problem.
We will try to solve your problem as soon as possible and get back to you!

Note: Despite extensive testing, it may happen that the plugins/connections distributed by us contain so-called bugs. In this case, the problem resolution is of course free of charge for you. However, if the problem to be fixed is due to an user error or a conflict with one of your other customizations implemented in the store, we will have to charge you for the effort involved, at an hourly rate of 128.00 € plus VAT. In any case, our support staff will be in constant contact with you and inform you about the current status and progress.
